seen them already..butthe Monte I think will turn a few heads..

one thing is the reaend redesigned looks the same to me??

something about the new rear end has transparent red circles or something
very very subtle change, unless it's night i suppose

Ok, so it's got a new front bumper. The 5.3 is nice though.


Edit: It looks kinda like an overgrown Cobalt. The new Malibu/Vette/Cobalt/Monte/Imp... I don't like where Chevy is going as far as headlight design. It's ugly IMO.

yea its a freshening of the car..just like the 98's front bumper of the Camaro..alnd then to the RWD platform

Since the Monte will only be around about 2 years it was a cost saving decision. I would imagine this will someday be a collectors item.

Maybe for Monte Carlo collectors Maybe in 30 years,Barrett Jackson will give you a free '06 Monte for any purchase over 10K.
Seriously,it is a nice looking car,and the Impala is a major improvement.

I think alot of people are under the mistaken impression that a Monte Carlo replacement is poised for release.

It's not. The current MC may be around longer than you think.

looks like a bloated cobalt, i think it is ugly but about as exciting as chevy gets nowadays unless you have 40-60 thousand
