Talking

Bears and uncanny resemblance to the new Toyota Camry. If that's the market segment they want to go after, I guess that's good thing .

Gee, Isn't this car FWD, & aren't the brands these customers migrating to RWD?

Also, when I think Lexus & Infinity, I think good luxury cars first & Toyota & Nissan 2nd. With Acura I think Honda 1st, and "kind of expensive for an economy car" second.

Holy crappola that rear-end looks just like a Camry. That's not even funny...or maybe it is.

However, I also think this new Accord Coupe's rear looks strikingly similar to a Mercedes.

I was just about to say exactly the same thing. I also find it funny that Honda had the guts/nerve to run ads with the German vocabulary builder CD's playing. As if it wasn't enough that they 'borrowed' the taillights from Mercedes.

A wiser fellow than myself once told me that the Japanese are terrible inventors, but great copiers.

Perhaps in the exterior design for some automobiles... but I certaintly wouldn't say that too broadly..

I guess then we can say America has great engineers and designers, but we're stiffled by the suits and bean counters..

Now that I look back, I think the term was 'not very innovative' as opposed to 'terrible inventors.'

Something along those lines.

Front headlights look like they were copied right off the Bonneville.

other than that it looks zzzzzzzzzz like a boring sports sedan to me, a la 80s Maxima "4DSC" but worse.

The exterior doesn't really do anything for me, but the interior looks nice.

WERM is right
TSX = european trim honda accord + a few stylind tweaks
it's nothing special (like the 1.6/1.7 EL)
and that interior in the accord is almost idential, that's why i think the accord coupe V6 is a much better buy

Why would someone want the asian/euro accord when they could have the amarican one? after all it was built for amaricans. And its cheaper.
