It's easy to say that paint job would tack on some $3k easy to a sticker price.

I think the black Volt is a very attractive car, cerainly better than what the competitors are offering.

At the very least, they ought to be able to do a similar shade. It doesn't have to be that exact paint. Mustang comes in a blue like what I'm asking for, and it doesn't cost any extra:

It's a little darker than the Volt picture in this thread, but still. In my opinion, Imperial Blue is way too dark.
