I got a call from the Dodge Dealer in Antioch today telling me they had one Challenger on the floor. It was pre-sold, but the guy had to back out at the last minute. So I grabbed my camera and got down there. I'd only seen pics online, but never one at a dealer yet, so I snapped a few....ok a lot. There are some Viper pics in there too. Oh yeah, and notice the markup over MSRP too. LOL.

How much more is the Viper?

13/18 is kinda low...

 

1. The Challenger looks better in person.
2. Forged wheels, stock?
3. A Kicker Solobaric, stock?
4. The Viper looks better in person too.

 

So for ~13k more, you can get the Viper sitting next to it? Or for just a couple grand more, you could have a brand new Z06. That's bulls**t. I'd be embarassed if I were that dealer and I hope that thing rots in the showroom for that price.


There was a black one at the Dodge dealership around here, but of course it was listed on eBay rather than being sold on the lot. I don't think it sold on there though. It's not on the dealer's website anymore, so some sucker probably dropped 60+ on it to be the first one in town with one.

NO wonder the other guy backed out, 29,995.99 MARKUP!!!! I would have told the dealership to shove that car up their ***!!

The dash looks like crap!

 

With the exception of the front clip. I still even like the current Mustang more than I like that.

 

Our local Dodge dealer has had a Hemi Orange SRT/8 out front for about 3 weeks now. I thought these things were all sold out. Everybody backing out?

 

Unbelievably low gas mileage.
