07 Escalade Website - Very Impressive
I just checked out Caddy's new site for the 07 Escalade, and I was pleasantly suprised. Usually, GM brand websites were functional but not very exciting. This design completely blows the old away. The video previews are high quality, fast loading, and very classy looking. They highlight the truck's best features sooo much more effectively than just a 360* view and a gallery would. That website alone probably will pull in a few customers, I know I'm definetely sold.
I am happy to see that while improving product, GM is also greatly improving the marketing side. Along with the nice website, the TV and print ads are certainly better too. The Superbowl Caddy and Hummer ads were great as was the banned
C6 ad. The Pontiac camapign is quirky, but seems to appeal to the youth market - something Pontiac could really use. It seems GM is stepping up the game on all fronts - maybe the start of something good...
When I look at the impressive new 900's, I think there might be hope for GM yet, but then I go outside and get in my G6 and realize that they still have quiet a way to go.
