suspension parts

Hey I got a few questions about my suspension... I have hotchkis lowering springs and I was wondering what the spring rates for them are. Also what advantages and if its worth the money as far as autocrossing or road racing goes to switch to the global west trak link torque arm setup from my bmr torque arm I have now. Also as far as handeling is concerned whats the best shocks out there? Had an Idea to use the ride height adjustment, raise for street, with the competition springs and something like bilstein shocks. Gonna try auto crossing a few times firts before I poor any money into it but thanks if anyone can help me answer any questions.

Progressive rate springs; They start out softer at rest and as they compress they are stiffer.
