Which Springs

I've done a search, and learned a lot of stuff, but I still have a question. What springs can I get that keep basically the same ride height? I need a spring that improves handling, and loses no ground clearance ( I really need it). I was told about the 1LE springs and sent here to find out. Would I need new shocks to comliment the springs? I need a balance of handling, and strip performance, as this is a street and occasionally track car.

You could always go with coil overs. That way you could run stiffer springs yet still keep the ride height. Yes, you would need new shocks but you have everything apart anyway, might as well (unless you're broke like me )

Yeah, being broke is a constant thing for me, I spend it as quick as I get it. So coilovers would offer me what I'm looking for with a stock ride height? I assume they are adjustable for the track.

Yes, raise it up or drop it down, whatever you like.
