Replacing LS1 calipers with Corvette Calipers Question

I have a 99 Z28, and I'm replacing my calipers.. I know the designs are very similar between generic f-bod LS1 calipers and Corvette calipers.. Are they direct bolt in?

"Only the top fin on the C5/ZO6 caliper needs to be grinded down a little to clear the bolt that goes into the bracket for the LS1 F-body."
