drag radials in winter

I have nitto drag radials on the rear of my z28 and i was wondering how they do in winter? i live in dallas so I don't think the winters are that bad, but i just moved here a month ago so i really don't know, besides what my sister tells me. I was wonderin if anyone knows if it will be alright with these tires through the winter or should i look into getting some tires for the winter? I had pirelli's before the nitto's and it seems like so far the nitto's have better traction in the rain than the pirelli's did. I just got the tires a month ago so they still have quite a bit of tread left....well as much as a drag radial can. so what should i do?

If it snows in Dallas, I think you will struggle if the roads get a coating of snow.

If the roads don't get any snow, then you'll be driving in wet...

Provided it doesnt snow there you should be fine. As long as they still have some tread to them Nitto DR's are ok in the rain. Alot of people run them here year round and dont have any problems even in the summer rainy season.
