Who makes it? I want the absolute lightest.

Im not sure if its the absolute lightest, but I have the fidanza aluminum. Weighs around 12 lbs and I am very happy with it. Its much more pleasing to drive once you are rolling. It bucks a tiny bit off the line tho.

I have one that came with the car, but its been turned a couple times. I have no ideas who's flywheel it is. So im just gonna go the lightest route. Pictures of my old one is in the drivetrain section.

Vote # 2 for the Fidanza. It's one of the coolest pieces of speed equipment I ever purchased. In fact, I blew the clutch last year, and $60 later, I had a new steel insert for the flywheel, and now it's good as new.

It ran fine behind my 305, and runs GREAT behind the minirammed 385.

Yeah, I got a million pictures of pretty much everything.

Hey dude,
I got the 35MM sway bar from the classified section of www.frrax.com (f-body road-race and autox site - great info here) for $100. Its a suspension techniques bar, which is probably the stiffest of the 35MM bars available, but also the heaviest since its solid. If I had to buy new, I would have gotten the strano hollow 35mm bar, which is slightly less stiff, but a lot lighter. Mine is about 30 lbs. It makes a dramatic difference in the way the car handles.

35 front

I have the Fidanza flywheel with a Spec "Aluminum" pressure plate (the friction surface is steel but is thin and has an aluminum backing plate).

The tuner had a heck of a time getting it to idle right with a big cam, and it will still surge with the a/c on. Launching the car dragstrip style is tough, but second gear rolling burnouts are a breeze
