why does this post cause deja vu?

anyway...
the only thing on that list that is worth having done professionally is the springs and shocks/struts. everything else is cake to install (maybe not the ds loop depending on the design). if you can change your oil than you can install the swaybars, lca and phb!

a floor jack and some basic sockets and wrenches

Rear springs are cake, just jack up the body and they should slip right out. The front coil-overs however require a lot more work.

SLEEPER. I don't have time to answer your whole question, but will provide the most important response.

STAY AWAY FROM CONTROL ARMS, WHICH USE POLY BUSHINGS. THEY ARE GREAT FOR DRAG RACING, BUT WILL BIND YOUR REAR SUSPENSION (OR FRONT) AT THE WORST TIME. (IE. WHEN YOU ARE IN A HARD TURN, THE REAR END WILL SUDDENLY COME-OUT ON YOU, IF YOU HIT A BUMP OR THROTTLE). I BOUGHT HOTCHKISS REAR LCAs 4 YEARS AGO ONLY TO EXPERIENCE THIS THE HARD WAY. FIND A SET WITH SPHERICAL BEARINGS OR HEAVY DUTY ROD-ENDS.

Good Luck,
Rick R

This depends on the design of the TA.
The G2 TA is a direct bolt-in, requiring no fabrication work. It's another 30 minute job using simple tools.

I can't address the drive shaft loop because I've never installed one.

rear springs and shocks is 30 minutes using simple hand tools

front springs and shocks is a little more involved. It requires compressing the spring to remove and re-install the shock top mounting nut. I guggest you take the spring/shock assembly to your favorite tire/suspension garage, drop it off with them, go eat lunch, then pick it up to re-install.

But getting the spring/shock assy out is again simple tools, but requires about 45 minutes per side.

I will ditto what Rick said.

It goes along with my thoughts and experiences is you need to be looking at a suspension package. All the components need to work together as a unit or you will not get the results you desire and waste a lot of $$$ in the process. I know I did.

Suspension tuning is an art-form and takes some effort, knowledge, experience and work to get it sorted out.

I highly recommend G2 components from LG Motorsports. These components were race designed, engineered and PROVEN on a 4th gen F-Body in the World Challenge Series by Lou Gigliotti himself. So the experience, knowledge and effort has been mostly completed. It's up to your sweat to get them installed!

Most, if not all, are knock offs from designs from other platforms or just plain made up on someone's workbench. Sometimes the lowest price is NOT the better value.
