How to adjust LCA's for the track?
You may want to post in the drag racing section, but I've never heard of shortening or lengthening LCA's for drag racing purposes. Dropping them lower on LCA brackets, yes.

I think by moving them back farther (increasing their length), you can get a more negative pinion angle on the torque arm preloading it more. That could be good for drag racing, but this is just a guess.

Adjustable LCA's are mostly used to center a larger tire in the wheel well namely drag slicks.
