Exclamation HELP! Steering linkage hits headers after BMR k-member install!!!

We just installed BMR's k-member, upper and lower A-arms on my buddies 95 T/A. Let me tell these are some quality and awesome looking suspension components! Anyways, we get everything bolted up and are getting to move the car, so we put the steering linkage back on. Since the BMR k-member's steering rack mount is just a hair different than the stock k-member location the steering linkage is now hitting his TPIS long tube headers!!! We have tried everything and there is no way of getting around it! The knuckle just flat out hits the header and can't turn anymore. Has anyone else ran into this problem? What can we do to get his car back on the road? Can someone make a custom steering linkage to clear the headers? Thanks for any opinions!

This is probably obvious, but you have the following choices:

1) Discuss/solve the problem with BMR
2) Switch brands of K-member (PA?), or stock
3) switch to different header
4) Dent (possibly a lot) your header tube
5) Clearance your steering linkage? Not sure I'd want to do this, however

Good luck!
