GW Upper Control Arms. Need help quick, please!
GW Upper Control Arms. Need help quick, please!
Ok guys. I need some help quick. I want to order this stuff today...
Here we go... I'm trying to decide what Upper Control Arm I should get. I already have the BMR Tubular K-member, and the 1LE lower control arm for the front.
I'm just missing the UCA. Should I get the Global West with the regular bushing? I want the Del-A-Lum bushing, but Thundr Racing is out. They're offering me the BMR uppers, or the GW uppers with regular bushing. Which ones, please?!!!
A little info here. I'm not a fully autocross racer. I want to be able to do 2-3 races a year for fun. I do a little drag racing, probably more than average. My car is as streetable as I want to keep it. I like to drive it to the mountains, highway, and such.
So, with that said, do I REALLY need the Del-A-lum bushing on the upper control arms, or should I get the BMR which are cheaper?
Problems with alignment. Which one is less pain to align?
Sorry, I thought this would be a short explanation.
Thanks!

I have the more expensive Del a lum but my guess is the cheaper delrin bushings are fine . BTW the GW upper control arms are great but if you want to stay street driven you will probably want to slot the LCAs in almost as far as they can go. as the GW arms will add about 2 degree neg camber to whatever you started with . They also add a lot of caster which really makes the car track better.
Thanks for your reply. I decided to go with the BMR uppers nonadjustable ones. I did a little search here, and I think I'll be fine. I also ordered the TRW Upper Ball Joints to go with it.
