Question Ground Control Coil Overs..

Ground Control Coil Overs..

Anyone running these?

475/175 Front/Rear

What brand of shocks are you using?

Do you like them?

How hard/easy is it to lower/raise the car?

How was the install?

What extra parts if any where needed for the install ?

Thanks,
Keith

That's a quite stiff rear spring and a moderate front spring. Not quite a match IMO. Something like 475/120 (street/autocross) or 600/175 (road race) would make more sense to me.

I used to have Ground Control coil-overs. It's not hard to adjust ride height, but you don't want to be moving it all the time because it will throw off your alignment.

Ground Controls are pretty good for the money. If you are buying used, make sure you are getting the ones that have a bearing on the front spring perch. Makes it much easier to adjust them.
