Unhappy Ground Control Coil over

Hello all, I am setting up my GC setup on a set of Bilstein Revalved shocks. I have already installed the setup, but the collor (the red peice with threads) has slipped over the snap ring on the shocks. Is this normal.

Any help is greatly appricated. I don't wanna drive the car until I get some feed back.

Thank you all,
Kevin Hershey

I hope it's normal, cuz it happened on mine. I've been using them all season with no problems.

Um...no...it should sit on the snap ring. That is to say, the threads go down further, but there's an indent on the inside that sits on the snap ring, if I remember correctly. I'd take it apart and check that.

Dan,

That's what mine did and I bet that's what Kevin is also seeing.

Thanks everyone

Thanks guys for your feedback, its greatly appricated. Which side of the red collar is considered up, the smooth side or the threaded side.

Thanks,
Kevin Hershey
