BFG DR's on turns?

Has anybody tried going around corners (quickly) with BFG Drag Radials? I take my car to the drags and to the local round track for 1 on 1 drags. Will the DR help or hurt as compared to my other tires BFG Radial TA's ?

5 of us in fbodys ( 3 ls1 camaros, 1 LS1 WS6, and my modded LT1) had to dodge a tire on a bridge last saturday. We were cruising 90mph.
I have bilstein HDs, 32mm front sway bar, sub frame connectors, and a pan hard rod. I run nitto drag radials on the back 275/40/17's.
Ive never whipped the car that hard at 90mph before. This was on concrete too, on a bridge that has more moisture than asphalt roads. Car held superbly and the nittos held just fine with no squeel.
The WS6 and 2 other LS1's were running nittos too. THe WS6 whipped his car the hardest and he made it out ok.. I thought he was going to lose it.

They have alittle more wiggle in them cuz of the softer side wall but will hold very well in a corner. Just not as well as my RE730's that i use to have.

If you dont auto x then the nittos will be fine for your handling needs
