Autox Harness without Interior Mods
I am autocrossing my 98 Z28 (bought it Thursday). At the events this weekend, I saw two different types of harnesses that do not require modifications to the car.
THe first one was a G-Force belt that simply attaches the the front and rear stock seat belt bolts.
The other was a Sabelt (?) that latches to the stock seat belt buckles.
What do you guys use, how much did it cost you and where did you buy them?
Thanks.

Call me cheap, but I just use a 3" wide strap that goes around my chest and the seat. I put it on over my seat belt and it works great. I've been using it for about 10 years now and it's a whole lot less hassle than having a harness. It's also really cheap to make one or buy one.
Yeh, a harness might work a little better, but I'll wait until a rollbar goes in my car before upgrading.
Here is another solution, but you need to remove the rear belts. They can be put back in if needed.

I have the Groves harness bar (similar to the LG bar) with Sabelt pull down H style harness. Works great! Friends have Simpson pull down H style harness with the LG bar and it works out very nice as well.
