Question A-arm removal HELP

I know some of you have gone through this before.

I'm changing out my lower balljoints. I finally got everything loose, but can't get the forward a-arm pivot bolt out. The head of the bolt is TOO fat to get past the steering arm and boot. Do I need to loosen up the whole steering rack just to slide this bolt out?

TIA,

- Brent
