1 3/8 in. solid bar... any good?

I have no idea on the thickness with the inch setup

How thick is it compared to 35mm, found a decent deal might be able to get a used one for $100.

1.375" = 34.925 mm

It would be about 1% softer than a 35 mm bar, as long as the bars are otherwise identical.

It's even possible that they are the same bar, just repackaged and presented differently - after all, the diameter difference is only 0.003" and there's no other fractional inch number "equivalent" that's even remotely convenient.

Probably the same bar anyway. Yes, good size. Probably worth $100.
