I was just wondering what the difference is between these two hoods, I mean yes the two hoods appearences are different but the cost between them are $350. Why such a big price difference. I really like the Z-Rock hood and really want to get one, but not if the hood is a piece of **it. I found the hood for $325 and the SLP hood is $675, I just want to know why such a big price difference. Thanks fellas, I appreciate your help!

 

Well, if you're concerned about quality... I have an SLP hood on my car. And after 4 months, a small chunk broke off the top corner. SLP blames the shipper or the shop for dropping it. They blame SLP. At least one other member of this board had his hood break in the same spot. Sounds like a design flaw to me. But, a year later, I still have a chunk missing out of my hood and SLP hasn't done **** for me.

mine is still fine...but i can see a paint crackin on one of the corners!
