Is the Xenon body kit a full bumper replacement

I tried the search and didn't find the answer. A week ago a gentleman without insurance blew a stop sign and took my front bumper with him as he left the scene. I don't want to put in a claim so I have to replace the bumper. OEM bumper $650. So I've been looking around but can't seem to find any info or pics of body kits not on a Camaro. I like the Xenon kit but if you guys no of any that are a full front bumper replacements and are urethane than please let me know. I have my wife on my side to make this purchase so it's now or never for a body kit.
Thanks for any help.

It's a half bumper. It starts at the body line and covers from there down.

Also, I don't think that there are any urethane full front kits. I know there are a few that are fiberglass, but I doubt there are any in urethane.

There are no urethane bumpers other than stock. Pretty much the only two options I've seen are the venice style and the snyper style and both are fiberglass. My venice bumper was all busted up when I received it and was hell trying to get it to fit properly. Plus, there are no provisions for stock turnsignal/parking lamp assemblies. You have to do some serious fabricating to make them look right.

So it would probably be easier to get an aftermarket bumper off ebay and the xenon front clip. It would look better than stock and still be cheaper than buying an OEM piece.

You're telling me! Look at the wave in the mouth of that thing. I wonder how much work goes into making them look as good as the ones I've seen on this site.

I thought the last set of pics with it painted looked very good. I don't see the wave. Maybe I'm blind and I'm definitely not a body man but I don't see it.

I don't see any visible waves in the painted pictures either, but I wonder how much work it took to get it out of there. It's pretty big in the unfinished pictures.

I've come to the decision that I really don't like that kit since it's a half stick on. If it was a full replacement piece then it'd be awesome but it adds extra side bulk to the car making it no longer flush with the fenders. I'm just not down with that.

Wait a minute, that goes OVER the stock piece? You don't cut the stock portion off??? That's insane!
