Has anybody ever thought about outlining and painting the scoop on an LT1 WS6 style hood? If anybody has ever done this, could you let me know, I am wondering what it would look like. If anybody is confused on what I am trying to say, it is like on the SS hood, when they get the scoop painted a different color, I am just wondering what that might look like on an older WS6 hood.

 

The black 97 Lingenfelter-Hurst Firebird had the hood scoop painted gold. Unfortunately the only picture I could find online was a thumbnail.... (copy and paste the link)

I am going to get this done soon. I hope, as long as I can find a good ws6 hood and hopefully a raised one.
