put in my halo lights but the is an extra set of bare wires on each light. these light up the halo ring when i put power to them. where should i tap into to get a good signal?

 

I have some Halo lights on my 2000 silverado and I wired the halo's into the parking lights.............that way when my daytime driving lights or parking lights are on the blue Halo lights up with them.
