Finaly the pics you have been wating for. Progress pics of the 94 z28 56k beware
Ok befor anyone starts flaming or bashing this is my car not yours. I could care less of you dont like it or think its ricy. Im doing this tastefully and like a adult. The body kit is being molded in and the molding and chanels on the car have been shaved.
I pulled it from the painter friday as i had a few more things to do that i thought of at the last minute. he had the doors off and had already resprayed them. If you dont rember some kid hit my drivers side door a few months back with a atv and broke it all up so now there are 2 new doors and the car has been re sanded and i remolded everything in using tiger hair this time so they wont crack. now im shaving the rear side markers and replacing them with 5 single leds on each side for that clean look. The interrior is a mess with bondo and primer dust. The t top conversion is finished except for some fine tuning and the interrior is in the garage wating for me to clean it up. Im ordering some catskins seat covers for the seats since i have the firebird leather door panels now. I dunno how to resize pics so please dont complain.

bumper/ fender fitment. the hood isnt lined up because its not bolted down yet

From what I can see, it's coming together pretty good. Only problem is, the pics are so HUGE I can't take it all in at once and get the cumulative effect of it. Could you scale the size of the pics down so that the whole thing will fit on my screen at once?

What type of filler did you use to shave the body line? (I'm talking about the "step" that the side moldings sit flush with on the sides of each door and continues all the way around the car.)

i used tiger hair to mold in the groves. then rays gold on top to smothe everything down. then some high build primer

Im not a fan of body kits on F-bodies at all but its your car and if you like it go for it. Looks like a lot of hard work, good luck!

It's cool....
Only thing I can say is I wouldn't have molded the front and rear bumpers on.... Thos sob's flex and crack like a ****.
