Wiper blade question...

On my camaro the left wiper blade is a really smooth looking aluminium color. It polishes up really well and looks good. On the right hand side is just a regular plain old black wiper. I am looking to get both wipers to match, but more importantly I would like both in the polished looking aluiminum because it ads that extra little touch against the nice dark black paint job.

I cannot for the life of me figure out where to get these silver looking wipers...

I found some on ebay for a 90's camaro that will give you an idea of what im looking for. However, I dont want that lame mtec thing on it.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MTEC-...44320452QQrdZ1

Thanks.

Re: Wiper blade question...

A friend of mine had polished aluminum blades on his 94, or so I thought. They were really just the factories all the paint had come off of, I thought they looked pretty sweet but felt retarted when he said they were old OEs. yeah I'm dumb.

Re: Wiper blade question...

this one is defiantly not a stock OE. It is totally different than the drivers side and looks of far better quality.

Re: Wiper blade question...

Try chipping the paint off your black one or using nailpolish remover on it (be careful not to get it on the plastic or rubber parts b/c it does irreversible damage to plastic and rubber). Then maybe you can polish it up.

hrmm, I think I am just going to do it right and purchase some titanium ones. They are not very expensive and the mtec thing will be hidden by the wiper arm.
