Do you think I could get some benefits from putting a couple of them sideways on my doors?

Just saying not every wing is import. no matter how big or small if it ACTUALLY serves a purpose it's not rice i think if you like something you should do it and if a civic rolls up next to you with the same thing don't get pissed lol

Give me a break. You don't really think that thing serves an actual purpose on a street car do you? Funny, I've had two Z28s that I've had to over 130 and they did just fine. The point is, even if this wing did serve a purpose, it is ridiculous and hideously ugly. Hell NASCAR cars don't even need a wing like this; what makes you think a Camaro does?

But it has more of a purpose on a maro than an import cause of rear wheel drive for traction i don't own a wind tunnel so i haveno idea if it makes and improvment or not but it might and it might not. just saying if it doesnt hurt why not use it

There's a green ford focus i pass every morning with CF hood still black, silver flames, stickers all over, tinited window,a fart can and one of those wings and it is hidious, the car would have great with just the tiniting and chrome wheels but now thosands of dollars later it looks like crap.
I also pass a civic, it actually looks nice because it's all the same color and no stickers, but its got a hood just like a Ws6 Firehawkhood, and i ask myself, why not just get the real deal?

Ok, Ok, scr*w the Speed-Racer wing. As to the Mo-Par wing from the 60's, it was on the Daytona Charger, AND the Plymouth Superbird (A Road-Runner mod) in 68 and 69. The reason for it was because Dodge wanted to run this set-up for racing, (These cars also have a pointed nose) and the rules said they had to be a stock option. Therefore, they produced around 600 or 700 for the consumer and were allowed to run these body mods on the race cars. They were VERY aero-dynamic (considering what was being made at the time) and pushed Mo-Par to consistent wins. They were not meant for looks (although they DID look good), they were meant to serve a purpose. Check some Mo-Par racing history for the whole story. As to the e-bay wing, get two, mount one on the front, one on the rear, and then you have the Lamborgini Countach look going!! Yeah Right!
