I had bought a set from a local autoparts store. And they were crap. The passanger side work ok.
But the drives side would lift up when the wiper came towards the top.
So I got new 1 from a differnt local parts store. Cost about $30 for both.
They said there a good brand. And yep they clean good.
But I dont want to pay that price again.
Are yours damaged or bent or anything?
Maybe going to th junkyard would be good. But I could be wrong.

Try bending the arm that the windshield whiper attaches to. Its happened to me before, I just bent it slightly so it was pressing against the windshield.
