I got my windows tinted about 2-3 years ago and now on my driver side window at the very top the tint is starting to peal back off the window. At the top where the window goes into the weather sealing on the T-tops. I would take it back to the shop I got it done but I'm not in the same town anymore. What is a good adhesive, what do tint shops use, or a way to get the tint to stick back up where it is coming off??? Thanks all

 

Anybody have an idea? I really just need a touch-up adhesive to stick the small pealing part back onto the window but don't know what to use? Any ideas from anybody out there? Thanks all

 

When i tinted the windows on my s 10 i cut the top about 1/16th of an inch short and ran a bead of clear finger nail polish around them. It did the job of keeping them from pealing back, i also heard to use this as an adhesive for anywhere you screw up at, but its probably not how the pro's do it. Just a thought, maybe you could try it.
