I know the fronts are interchangeable. But are the rears(and seatback) interchangeable also?

 

yes you can put them in, while i used to have a 3rd gen and was at the thirdgen.org boards, 4th gen seats to a 3rd gen car where a big thing, they all bolt right in but the 3rd gen rear seat backs are slightly taller but if you don't have a convertible it should work.

I 'm just curious. I saw a '91 Firebird at the junkyard today. It had a flawless interior, that matched mine (colorwise). I really want 4th gen. trans am seats.

 

What junkyard were you at (noticed you're from Denver)? I've been looking for one that has F-bodys around here and haven't seen any. BTW, do you post on the CFB forums?

I really dont frequent the CFB forums, although I am registered. I was at the Aurora junkyard at Tower and Colfax. They had about 5 F-bods all 3rd gens,beat up and picked cleaned, that Firebird was probably delivered that morning.
