Question WILL 18X9.5s with 275/30s fit on front of z that's not lowered?

Like the subject says, I'm looking to buy some Zenetti Vegas and a guy at Superbuytires.com said that 275s on 18s up front wouldn't fit wothout rubbing. I think he's wrong, as long as the wheels have the right offset. He suggested 245s or 255s, but I want all 4 to be the same size. Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanx, Rain

yes. I had 285s on the front of my 93 Z. And the fact that yours are 18 and mine were 17" doesnt matter coz you would just have lower profile tires

I thought that was the case, but from some research I understand that the larger 18s will rub the suspension if the offset isn't perfect, anyone know what offset I need? The wheels come in 3 different offsets. I need help fast so I can order the rims. Thanks in advance, Rain

I have 18x9.5's with 275/35/18's with no rubbing at all. They have a +56mm offset. Hope this helps.
