Question Why do you hardly ever see this on rim sites?

When I look at websites whether it is an official site or an Ebay auction, one thing I never/hardly see is the weight of each rim or for the set of rims. Why isn't this information hardly ever posted? I mean if you drive a truck or an SUV then you shouldn't care. But if you drive a sports car, especially an import based sports car (where weight can some times be a major factor) you might want to know how much weight you will be adding or subtracting from your car.

are u refering to f-body's as imports? i dont know why being an import or not is a factor here. a sports car is a sports car. im not trying to flame so sorry if im being an ***.

that is a very good question too because most of em dont. usually u can email them to ask them. im sure they would know it for shipping reasons. and if they dont tell you thats probably a bad sign. good luck.

What I mean was that an extra say 100 pounds won't slow though out cars as bad because of a high amount of torque. But if you have a 4 banger that lacks torque then that 100 pounds would make more of a difference on that car.

One of the great unknowns. I've been asking this question for years. If you find an answer, let us know.
