see if you can get some standard 5 spoke vette wheels, they never look too bad.

i saw a posting for a sale of 4 salad shooters, with a bit of wear on a few, curb rash, for about $100 somehwere in the new england area of the US. in case you were looking for stock styles...

I'm looking for Vette Wheels actually, as I want to get rid of my stock ones.
I saw some on ebay and forums.

Thank you for advice.

If you're talking about the Y2K wheels, the spokes on those are too thin, in my opinion, for the 4th gen Camaros. And if you're talking about the wagon wheels, those are just about universally ugly.

wagon wheels are the pope on a corvette. i wont even consider buying a 5th gen vette unless it came with them or i had a set to purchase for a good price.

just gotta decide wether to make em have that polished aluminum or "machined look" that some cast aluminum parts have,,,

so are there any mods to the engine or anything like that yet? i always read that a good mod is weight reduction, like a new lighter k-member. any plans for that mate?

Considering a Camaro in that part of the world is like a Lotus here, I wouldn't mess with modifying the car further. What's the point? I mean, people in Robin's country probably never see a Camaro unless it's Robin's, how would they know anything was changed?

I think your wheels look fine. If you want different wheels I'm sure you can find something in Europe that's a lot cheaper than having wheels mailed from the US to France.

You could probably get some parts from this place if necessary:

Find some old '90s O.Z. Monte Carlo wheels if you can in Europe. They were used on a lot of tuner Camaros back in the 90s along with Volvos and stuff.

I think I couldn't hope to find better sentence than yours to conclude this affair of tastes and colors ! Thank you so much.

Thanks a lot for wheels adress. I'm actually looking for black satined wheels with aluminium polished deport (not sure of the term), like these one, that I love :

I just have to wait a bit to avoid divorce with my bank and it's done !

The wing was part of the ground effets given to me, I personally like it on the car, but I can understand some don't like it, tastes & colors are a personnal affair. I actually don't know from which vehicle brand this wing comes...Maybe Subaru. I will takes pictures from behind also.

I think I like the painter's error . it gives it a very different look...it makes it look a bit updated and doesn't break up the side profile. maybe try getting a set of the clear headlight covers? that just might even complete 'the look'

I am not a fan of the wing either though. I don't like the big spoilers like that that are made for camaros and that one is certainly not even made for a camaro..

nice touch painting the front plate holder white too. I like that. Very nice backgrounds in those shots too overall very nice car!

hello,

i'm "some of the people from Robin's Country".

I've chosen a different way for my car : get rid of all the ground effects considering it was a pain in the *** to drive with them with our "beautiful roads".

Instead of having the car a killer look, i prefered to made it a killer with a LE2 combo (in the past).

Right now ending to assembly my all forged Golen 383 ...

Hello Bud,

the time it takes on the road is no importance.

The smile this engine will put on my face with the ignition on, is what matter the most.

A big thx to Lloyd Elliott, Chad Golen, and Ion for helping us, lost in the ocean, to have a nice engine in our car.

Hi,

here are some pics of my very good friend's car (Sporty-X on the forum), whose camaro is the only "upgraded" Camaro in the country.

Pierre showed people here what an U.S car could do on the street, ...and on the drag strip ! Together with an other friend of us, we make the Camaro legend live also in new Caledonia

Pierre's Camaro when he first bought it. At least you can notice from where my ground effect come from... The car was painted orange by previous owner.

his camaro after first paint job and Gfx removal, photo taken at our first local drag event :

The big cat ready to pounce on one's prey...

Here during its second paint job (actually the third, as the car was black at the very beginning) :

Here with the paint job finished, All Black again

Thank you Pierre for having given me the Camaro virus I let you add any comment to your photos
