White '94 Z Getting Red Stripes. What Red?
I got in a wreck and need to repaint my '94 Z. I want to paint it back to its original color and put a cowl hood on it and paint red stripes on it. I won't be doing the paint job, but the guy who will likes to mix his own colors but I want to use Chevy colors. My car has T tops. I want to do like the stock stripes on the hatch/spoiler.
Q1: What color of white is my car? Arctic?
Q2: What color of red should I use? I like stock Chevy colors.
Q3: Is there a car that anyone knows of here in the Reader's Rides that is white with a cowl hood and red stripes?
Q4: What is the best place to buy a cowl hood and West Wings ground effects package (the more aggeressive style, not the RS OEM replacement).
This will be the first car I will have had painted. Is their anything I should watch for in dealing with the shop? I have seen their work and it looks great, but they tend to get a little wild. I have also had the opportunity to see how lasting their effects are because I went to high school with someone who had their truck painted by them and it still looks great like eight years later. It's just not my style of paint job, you know?
