Where to mount my tach

Where should i mount my tach?
anyone got pics?

its a 5Inch autometer tach btw

on top of the dash hump...right in your line of sight.

that's where they should go, so you can best keep an eye on the revs.

if not, then i guess the A pillar would be ok.

I don't know how the top dash vent compares between the Z and the Pontiacs, but I was able to mount mine through the vent hole openings, to avoid making any new holes in the dash. It is sort of "in your face", but its a "mostly track" car, so that's where it belongs.....

i would NOT put it on the hump, it wold get in the way....stuff it in the corner next to the A pillar,

stik6shift98 has pics of where his is mounted....above the vents...
i think its out of place
