Where can I find 194 replacement LEDs?

Where can I find 194 replacement LEDs?
I want to get red LEDs to replace the 194 bulbs in my rear sidemarkers (they are clear, and the red bulbs are looking pink now)
Anyone know where I can find them? And how would they hook up? I know LEDs need to have some other thing in there so they don't "burst".

You are thinking of just regular LED's - they have to have a resistor.
You can buy 194 LED's with the base and resistor already on them. Just plug and play.
