Ok... I just called GM.. That part fits a 97-01 ... Mine is a 95.. and i told them that when i ordered that part.. That part costed me 15 dollars.. Well the one for the 95 is 85 and it comes attached to a shifterboot..

Buy it from one of these two places and you should be able to get it shipped to you for less than $50.

Also, if you told them the correct year and they ordered the wrong part, take it back. They should allow you to return it in an instance like that. Get your $15 back and save up another $35 and your there.
EDIT Looks like prices have gone up. Looks like you might be paying $70 shipped even from the cheapest dealers that I listed above.
