aight plannin on doing the next little thing to my car anywhere under $200, i was thinking a pillar guage set up with gloshift guages, or headlifht and foglight hids(by following the thread on here about changing just the bulb!! thanks by the way)or maybe drilled and slotted brakes and new pads all around, any other ideas? what do you guys think

i would have to say preformance first. make sure you car runs mechanically sound and has the power you desire before you start making it look just perfect, unless of course its something big like a smashed up door or something like that

 

Is this just for appearance or do you want a upgrade thats also functional? If youre gonna upgrade the brakes you should look around for some ls1 spindles and calipers try junkyards or CL and then buy the LS drilled and slotted rotors they're the same price as LT but perform better you should be able to find the spindles and calipers for under $100 as well as new front rotors and pads. The HID's might be a cool upgrade as long as they help you see better at night. When I did my upgrade I was glad I did it, the light was a bit brighter and I could see more of the road it just took a while to get adjusted to the blue color. As for any other suggestions you might wanna list what all you have done to your car so far.

 

so far i have a k&n intake, magnaflow exhaust, beefed up tranny and has the 3:23 gears.also tinted windows smoked taillights and pretty decent ss rims

 

headers. its a chore but well worth it.

I wanted to up grade so I got the C5 rotors $180 and to make the C5 rotors work with my LS1 calipers I will be getting the brackets from 6LE.

yep glad to point out a good deal to other f-body owners.
