What color should I paint my engine block?

Black car, lt4 valvecovers, possibly red powdercoated intake (like lt4), other satin colored items such as the supercharger.

I was thinking just plain ol' black, but I saw a show car today where they painted the block a "cast" color so it looked like bare metal. Looked nice on the car. Other unique (but tasteful) ideas welcome.

I would say either an aluminum color paint, or you could go with the same color red as the LT4 intake. I would like to do mine aluminum color.

PINK!

.........

Well.. Maybe not pink, but what about going with a "Yellow on Black accent scheme??

Yellow:
intake
heads
corvette injector covers filled with black vinal "logo/text of your choice"
pullies and various other engine components
calipers with black "text of your choice"
various suspension components
"CAMARO" fill in decals on the rear
other emblems

Black:
block
headers
valve covers
various suspension components
"shaved" lock covers

Yellow on Black:
leather seats
...

It's a bit much, but it's what makes show cars "show cars".. (in sorts) Please don't shout at me

Suspension's already red...

I'm not looking for all out show car, I just want something that looks nice. I was thinking either aluminum, black, or maybe silver since I have silver/gray ghost stripes.
