Silver with black caliper decals or Black with stainless caliper decals.
If you change you white wheels. Which I REALLY think you should

where can you get the stainless steel caliper decals? What kind of paint should be used on the claipers?

Get decals from here in "brushed aluminum" http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/vinyl/vinyl.htm and I used duplicolor engine enamel on mine.

Clean you calipers cover your fender wheels with newspaper for over spray.
Leave the calipers on the car since you are shooting black over spray on other stuff in the wheel wells won't hurt.
Shoot the black (2-3 coats) let dry completely to touch, put decal on and spray clear (2-3 coats) let dry completely and put your wheel back on and your done.

Any paint on your rotor surface area is gonna burn off so don't be too concerned

Definitely black with silver Camaro, high heat decals, check with Brent: http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/vinyl/vinyl.htm , he's got the decals you'll need.

Check out mine in red with white letters, before and after the new silver pads where installed. Of course red is not your color stick with black.
