Ok here is the deal I would like to add the raised lettering on the back of my car I would also like to accent the Trans Am on the Doors and the bird on the front plate. The problem I am having is that I don’t know what color to go with. What does anyone think…. Any suggestions would help. Here is what I have

I've always liked the red and black combination, but black and gold would definitely be more unique and still look good.

 

If someone in your area has a red and black T/A
I would say go with gold, but if your gonna be the first in red
go for it

 

I think gold would look better than red. As long it wasn't "bling bling" gold. Black and Gold is one of those classic color combos on T/As...(thinking of Smokey and the Bandit)...

Why gold?
Every time I see an SUV or car with gold lettering it makes me think the owner must only see in black and white........
What about silver?
Silver and black is always cool, and much less gawdy looking......

 

Oh yea I didn't think about that NO shiny gold I'm talking about flat gold like on the "Hurst T/A"

 

He didn't ask about silver...But, I agree...I really like the black and silver look...

I vote for red... but I already told you that yesterday... It looks great on the smokey and the bandit TA but I just dont know it it would look good on a 4th gen LS1 T/A... It might clash with the chrome ... same goes for camaros... some of them in the 3rd gen looked okay with gold accents but if I ever saw it on a 4th gen I would
