UPDATED: Interior Pics

It's getting there. I'll have a few more lights to convert to Blue LEDs and I want leather seats but here's what I have so far:

GONE IN 60 SECONDS style Nitrous panel, COBALT Fuel and Nitrous Pressure Gauges, Billet Pedals, 1974 style Z28 Gauge Cluster decal and CHROME CAMARO letters from Brent, CUSTOMIZED stock gauge cluster to illuminate BLUE at night and match Cobalt gauges, Impala Leather Wrapped Shifter handle, In-Dash DVD Player, Factory Style switches for- Foglights, Aftermarket Foglights, Nitrous Purge, Garage Door Opener, and factory switch by the NITROUS gauge for the Bottle Opener and finally an aftermarket switch on the console for Electric Exhaust Cutout:

What do you guys think?

I think your car looks excellent for 138,000 miles, and the interior upgrades are nice too.

How did you get your gauge lens to separate from the dashboard to put that emblem on the tachometer?

I ask because I've got a small dead spider under my battery volt meter and couldn't get the lens apart from the dashboard to get it out of there.

Here's the easiest (even though it requires more steps) way to do it without scratching anything.

Remove the two 7mm bolts under the overhang that hold the trim piece around the cluster on.

THEN remove the little black plastic cover on the steering column on the driverside behind the cruise control stick (just pinch and push it back towards the cluster and it will pop right off.

NOW pop off the cluster trim (the piece that was held on by the 7mm bolts). Once it's popped out all around take care to cover the bottom pegs with your hand so they don't scratch the lens as you work it out (was easiest for me with the wheel tilted completely down, you will bow it some to get it out).

FINALLY, the lens is held onto the cluster with four tabs that pop in. Slide your fingers in there and you will feel them. Push them down and pull the lens off (top first, then bottom).

Re-Install is reverse.

Yup. I went to the hobby store, bought some TRANSLUCENT RED paint in a can, taped off the black lines and the part that was already red, cleaned the surface with rubbing alcohol and sprayed a crap load of layers (SLOWLY, giving ample time to dry).

Pretty darn easy, just take them off the car before you do it, don't be lazy you'll just make more work for yourself.

Why not get a gauge face overlay with the same style, colors, and fonts as the cobalt gauges while you're already matching the way they light up? ;-)

Because they pretty much match from the factory, which is why I did NOT want an overlay and went the harder route of the blue film !

The rest is really cool, you have an awesome car.
