yes, underbody neons are rice with a side order of rice, rice cakes and a nice long swig of 5 blended rices

They're not my style, but it's your car so go for it if you like them.

I like them. I don't think they're rice if tastefully done. I put mine on and the bulbs showed on the sides, so i fabbed some plastic railings to go along side them to where all you see is glow- looks great now.

i dont think that they are rice at all, but of course everyone has their own idea on what is 'Rice'. i think it looks untasteful when there is about 30 neon lights on a car because i think that it is too much. but an underbody kit looks good on most cars as long as it is done right. i especially think it looks good when you have a body kit and neons. it is your own decision and your own car man so if you want them, get them. it doesnt really matter what someone else thinks of them as long as you like them

Rice is attitude not neons.

I guess everyone with any sort of neons, myself included, is a ricer

im afraid tho that you will be able to see the bulbs, i know that looks retarded how would i fix that

( I think peoples IDEA of 'Rice" is getting very broad) i define rice as a wing made of aluminum siding, a fart tip and stickers like Type R (when it isnt)

I have red neons on my car and the tubing itself is not visible because I also have the sport appearance pkg. Check local laws about colors and whatnot. I know many states do not allow blue at all, and other states will only allow them if you can not see the tube. Just because you've seen someone driving down the street with them does not make them legal, lol.

rice is trying to make your car look fast when it isnt. not to be confused with showcars

Another thing to add, I put the switch for mine in the ash tray. It's just a small one that mounts to the wall of the tray closest to the center console.

godofdragons: I agree about the showcar thing. These things are a superlow drain on the battery, can't even tell they've been running when I go to crank my car after a show.

I did the neons under (thanks MeefZ28 for the idea) and thats all the neon I have. I have a black camaro and the green glow under the seats all the way around looks really clean, and I get a lot of compliments on it. Everyone says it looks good, and its not overdone. I like underbodies, and if everyone didnt have them, I might get them, but everyone else has them so I just kept to my neons under the seats (no one else has theirs like that). So yeah, and who cares if someone yells RICE, its your car, and if you like it, thats what counts.
