Question TTop shade question......

I have seen these in catalogs and seen people talk about them on the forum. How do they stay up? Do they use velcro or what? I am thinking about buying some but i am really not sure how they work...

Thanks,
James

They didnt come on your car when you bought them?? Mine came with them from the factory. Anyways, you can either slide them next to the t-top glass and when you fasten the t-top down they will hold. The best way is to use the velcro strips that come with the shades. Make sure the shade is lined up with the glass and put your strips down. Before you put down the strips make sure you know where to put them. Good Luck!

Ps. They are a must in the summer when it gets really hot outside. they help keep the inside of the car cool.

They slide in on one side and then stick to velcro and is very effective in summer time. I should know cuz I just got some for my z28. When I bought it the shades were not included so I praticaly had to wear a cap during the day cuz it was too damn hot. Not any more though.

i agree w/ the summer thing. They are a must, but i don't agree w/ needing te velcro. I don't use my velcro strips and i've never had a problem. They fit and hold perfectly w/out em.
