TorqThrustII takeoffs?

Does anyone make a rim that looks close to this? I jusy don't have the cash for a set and really like them. Is there another rim that is comparable? Thanks

The 211's from Eagle won't fit the new 4th gen F-Bodies. The offset is no good.

What about a BC Smoothie II? They are pretty close to the TTII but a little more aggressive IMO (and cheaper!).

That's them alright. Ordered a set for myself last week from TByrne Motorsports (17x8 front, 17x10 rear). The price from them was $209 (17x8) and $219 (17x10). Best price I could find on them. Saw some pics on LS1.com of a setup similar to mine and loved the way they look. Not a hell of a lot cheaper than the TTII's ($60 - $70 per rim) but enough to make a difference when you're buying 4 of them (especially since mine are coming to Canada and I've gotta do the conversion, duty, taxes, blah, blah, blah.....)

Just do a search of this site (or LS1.com) for Smoothie II and see what you get. Personally, I love 'em. I'll post pics when I get 'em, but that might not be for a couple more weeks.

Hey scoobysnax,

Just checked out your profile to see if you had a homepage I could visit for some pics of your car and saw that your a network administrator. What a coincidence. So am I. Ain't that funny... 2 computer nerds with black, 6 speed, Z28's..... And they say us computer folk are dull......

Lemme know what you do about the rims and post some pics whenever you decide. Good luck....

Yea, I had a website going for awhile. But my webserver crashed and I had no back up of the site or pictures. Thats what I get for not backing it up. I thought a 240gig hard drive was a good idea, but not when its a Maxtor. Cheap for a reason. Anyway, I'll have something back up soon. I'm working on a site using StudioMX so it shoudl turn out pretty well...

BTW: I prefer the term "proficient in the art of computer networking" not computer nerd, lol.

Also, for all you people that place stereo types...

I play football, basketball, baseball, weightlift so much that my neck is disappearing, hunt, fish, skateboard, go skydiving, dirt biking, running, skiing.... and drag race... So there!
