just get a letter from an optometrist saying you need it because of sensitivity to sunlight. They will do it for you no questions asked and a cop cant give you a ticket that way.

Wow... I think you are the first person I have heard of who drives a car like this who doesn't think tinted windows ENHANCE the appearance
That is going to get expensive for you to re-do the tint at the beginning of each summer
