I want to pick up these pieces, but want to make sure they are graphite

is that a good deal for the pieces? I have 2 options, pick up a full set of the graphite interior pieces minus seats and headliner for $375 plus shipping, or pick up these pieces, buy the door panels, seatbelts, headliner, etc. sepearate?
