Tail lights

have a problem with my tail lights, seems like everytime i wash my car, or it rains, water always gets in to the lights, n they burn out. Guessing i need to get a sealer for to stop the water from getting in. Any tips would help thanks.

Re: Tail lights

Clear silicone around the perimeter would probably do the trick. I'm going to try it myself since I have this problem too.

Re: Tail lights

Yeah- I cut the lenses right off the front on my Silverado to clear them and used silicone to put them back on- no leaks at all...should work fine for taillights.
