I've got a can of spray blackout stuff (which i like a lot, have my 3rd brake light blacked already) and i'm going to paint my brakes this weekend. i was thinking i could make a design in vinyl or masking tape before i spray.. thinkin' maybe a bowtie, but are there any other good ideas out there?

That sounds like a very interesting idea. The bowtie sounds good. Maybe you could take a Z28 (assuming you have a Z) emblem and stick it to the taillight and then spray around it so it lights up Z28. Anyways, good luck and make sure to get some pictures.

i wouldn't do it at all, i like the camaro tailights. It would be really cool on the headlights though if your 1998+, ofcourse don't use a stencil or anything. also doing the sidemakers would be cool.

I hate to say it, but when I picture that on the taillights, it kinda sounds tacky. No offense.. cuz it is a very original idea.

Then again, I have all my emblems, moldings and decals shaved...
