can anyone explain to me what exactly these pictures are showing for modifications to fit onto a camaro

97 and newer camaros still have to have the doors modified to fit T/A door panels in them.

The door panels will fit right up at least on a 93 to 96 Camaro. I have Trans Am door panels and have considered installing them in my Camaro but not sure yet. The fit perfectly when just hanging there on the plastic tabs. However, the major issues for me are they don't line up to the exisiting bolt/screw holes. You have to custom fab up spacers and mounts for the three heavy duty screws that actually hold the panel tight to the door. Another issue is the power mirror wiring. It in no way comes close to the "plugging in". I have the schematics but haven't taken the time to figure it out... mainly because I believe shoebox already has and if I do this I'll just ask him how. LOL!
